Cloud Tech Tallinn 2026 sweepstake terms
1. Promoter
The promoter is Robopack ApS, Kongevejen 418, 2840 Holte, Denmark (CVR no. 37065277). Contact: info@robopack.com
2. The sweepstake
3. Eligibility (international)
- are 18 years or older at the time of entry, and
- are legally permitted to participate in a free prize draw in your country/region of residence, and
- can travel to Tallinn, Estonia for Cloud Tech Tallinn 2026 during the event dates (including holding any required passport/visa/ESTA-equivalent permissions).
4. Entry period
Entries open when the entry form goes live on learn.robopack.com and close on Friday 9 January 2026 at 14:59 CET.
Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. How to enter
Enter online at learn.robopack.com by submitting the sweepstake form.
Limit: one (1) entry per person. Robopack may disqualify entries that appear to be automated, duplicated, or submitted using multiple identities.
After submitting, you will receive a ticket number (entry reference).
6. Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded:
Prize A (1 winner):
- One (1) attendee ticket to Cloud Tech Tallinn 2026 (“CTTT26”), and
- reimbursement of reasonable travel and hotel expenses up to a maximum of EUR 1,000 total (see section 7).
Prize B (2 winners):
- One (1) attendee ticket to CTTT26 per winner (ticket only).
- No travel, hotel, meals, or other expenses are included.
All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cloud Tech Tallinn / CTTT26 is not the promoter of this sweepstake and is not responsible for it.
7. What “travel and hotel expenses” means
- Economy-class transport to/from Tallinn (e.g., flights, rail, ferry), and
- Hotel accommodation costs for the event trip.
- Reimbursement is limited to EUR 1,000 total. Any costs above EUR 1,000 are the winner’s responsibility.
- If receipts are in a different currency, Robopack will convert to EUR using a reasonable published reference rate (for example, the rate used by Robopack’s bank or a central-bank reference rate) on the reimbursement date.
- meals, drinks, mini-bar, room service
- local commuting (unless explicitly agreed in writing by Robopack)
- travel insurance, visas, passports
- conference add-ons, workshops, upgrades
- costs for companions/guests
Receipts are required for reimbursement. Robopack may refuse reimbursement for expenses that are not reasonable, not supported by receipts, outside the trip dates, or exceed the cap.
- reimburse the winner after the trip upon receipt submission, or
- book some elements directly (e.g., ticket and/or hotel) within the same EUR 1,000 cap.
7A. International travel requirements
- obtaining and paying for any passport, visa, travel authorisations, insurance, and meeting entry requirements for Estonia and any transit countries.
- If the winner cannot lawfully travel, cannot obtain required documents in time, or declines to travel, Robopack may award the prize to an alternative winner (by a new random draw).
8. Winner selection and draw details
The draw will be held on Friday 9 January 2026 at 15:00 CET.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the deadline.
Robopack will conduct the draw in a fair and transparent way, consistent with Danish marketing law expectations that terms and conditions are clear and not misleading
9. Winner notification and acceptance
Robopack will contact the winner using the email address provided during entry within 3 business days after the draw.
Each winner must respond within 3 calendar days to accept the prize and provide any details needed for ticket issuance and travel/hotel arrangements.
If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Robopack may select an alternative winner by another random draw.
10. Publicity
Robopack may announce the winner’s first name and country (or company name, if the winner agrees) on Robopack channels.
Robopack will not publish additional personal data without the winner’s permission.
11. Data protection and marketing
- If you want Robopack to contact you about Robopack services in the future (e.g., email marketing), you must give a separate, explicit opt-in consent (for example, a ticked checkbox on the entry form).
- You can withdraw marketing consent at any time (e.g., via unsubscribe links), free of charge.
- Entering the sweepstake does not require agreeing to marketing.

Robopack ApS uses industry best practices to provide a high uptime, including a fault-tolerant architecture hosted in cloud servers. We give no warranty that the Website or Facilities will be free of defects and / or faults and we do not provide any kind of refund for outages. We provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
- 19.2 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
20. Limitation of Liability
- 20.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein. You should be aware that you use the Website and its Content at your own risk.

Robopack ApS and you irrevocably agree that the courts of Denmark shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
